Nice! That sounds like a great deal for a luxury accommodation. And to have an additional complimentary room for the children is really good especially if couples want some privacy from the kids. The hotel even looks good in the small picture. Looks like we have to add India on our list.

Use all the space you can...between the car seats, backs of sets, etc. For our long trips with WAO, any activities are helpful. We pack a big bag with stickers, coloring books, crayons/markers, games, etc.

My two favorite games are a large map game from Melissa & Doug and Aquadoodle.

The map has all the states and their license plates. The kids can flip over the license plates when they see them. No reading or writing necessary.

The Aquadoodle looks like a small folder with a handle. When it's opened, it can be drawn on either side. The pen fits in the folder as well. Very convenient!

I've had this problem too - getting the whole family in one room. Overseas they often say "no problem" but when you get there you realize they're expecting at least one of the kids to sleep in bed with the parents!

I also believe that first hand accounts are a much more trustworthy information than anything else. This is the reason why I tend to ask my friends and relatives first regarding their opinion of places they have gone to. Word of mouth from people you know is definitely 100% true.

When you travel with family it means a lot of money so you really have to save for it and be prepared for all the possible expenses. I think planning ahead and looking for affordable accommodation will help a lot in the budget. Focus more on more important things like transportation and foods.
